Checking today’s hours
Calm hands for nervous pets.
Dogs, cats and small pets in Denver’s Berkeley neighborhood. Same-day slots every morning, a separate room for cats, and vets who kneel on the floor when that is where your dog feels safe.
Should I come in?
Pick your pet, tick what is happening, and we tell you whether this is a routine visit, a call today, or an emergency. It takes twenty seconds.

Our suggestion
Book a routine visit
Nothing you have ticked needs a rush. Pick a time that suits you both, ideally a quiet morning slot.
This guide is general information for common situations, not a diagnosis. When in doubt, call us. If your pet is collapsed, cannot breathe or is bleeding heavily, call your local emergency vet now.
What we do here
- Check-ups and vaccines
- Yearly exams, puppy and kitten series, boosters and travel paperwork. Weight, teeth and joints checked every time.
- Dental care
- Cleaning under anesthesia with dental X-rays, extractions when needed, and honest advice on brushing at home.
- Surgery
- Spay and neuter, lump removals, wound repair and soft-tissue surgery in our own theater, with a nurse at your pet’s side until they are awake.
- Imaging and lab in-house
- Digital X-ray, ultrasound and blood tests with results the same visit, so you leave with answers, not a follow-up call.
- Senior pets
- Twice-yearly checks from age seven, pain plans for stiff joints, and quiet conversations about comfort when the time comes.
- Cats only, upstairs
- A separate waiting area and exam room where no dog has ever been. Carriers face the wall, voices stay low.
